Construction of the Carden 40% EDGE 540
These pages document MY procedure and assembly of my Carden 40% Edge 540 kit.
The picture below was taken at the 2001 Tucson shootout where I competed with Big Red 3 in the Advanced class
November 25th, 2007. "Big Red 3" is now 7 years old and has over 1500 logged flights.
I am by no means a professional nor a "master" builder
These procedures may not be the best methods for you.
Carden provides a nice construction booklet and color photos as an aid to building their kits. Please be sure to consult your Carden Aircraft booklet before building your kit.
